Open Door

The Brief
To update Open Door’s brand by creating an over-arching concept, guidelines and a suite of other collateral.

Open Door is an estate agents who sell it’s customers homes though modern auctions. It was important to get across that these were quality, liveable homes rather than the fixer-uppers you’d usually expect from auctions. A concept, using something synonymous with good living and quality home-life was devised in the form of the humble garden gnome.

Gnomes were created in a variety of poses to highlight the brand’s different USPs such as speedy service and security.
